Can I work from Blossom Hill Cottage?

Yes, we have high speed unlimited WiFi, a printer/scanner and a desktop computer.

Are linens supplied?

While we provide pillows and mattress covers, we ask that you bring your own linens. These include:

• sheets, towels, pillow cases

• kitchen towels, dishcloths

• bathroom towels and washcloths

• beach towels

Is the water safe to drink?

Yes. Our newly installed high tech water filtration system provides excellent quality drinking water. Bottled water is available for your adventures away from the cottage.

What should we bring for swimming, fishing and boating?

While we do have some adult sized lifejackets available, we highly recommend that to get a proper fit you should bring your own. It is especially important that children have properly fitting lifejackets, WHICH WE DO NOT SUPPLY, and that they wear them at the lakefront and on the dock. There is a steep drop off towards the end of the dock.

If you are bringing a boat, the operator must have a valid license and provide us with a copy.

You may want to bring water shoes if lake beds aren’t your thing!

Fishing gear; even if you do not bring a boat, Restoule Lake is a great fishing lake, even right off the dock.

Is there anything else to bring?

We suggest bug spray and sunscreen, as bug bites and sunburn can really spoil your summer fun.

Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome, subject to our approval. Other pets are not allowed.
